• You buy with excitement, read a few pages, then get distracted and never finish.

• The book stares at you - another broken promise to yourself.

• You wonder "Why can't I stick to anything?"

❌The cycle repeats-  Buy → Start → Quit → Buy again

❌The painful truth? You don't know HOW to actually implement what you read.

Before I taught this to anyone, I tested it on myself.

June 2024 - The Breaking Point:

• • Weight: 87kg
  • Blood work: Pre-diabetic range
  • ₹30,000+ spent on books ,kindle, and courses 
  • Zero real results

• My doctor's warning: "Walk more. Avoid sugar. Or you'll need medication like your parents."

  What I Did:

  • Picked ONE book: The One Thing by Gary Keller
  • Read it like a consultant
  • Tested one idea from the book - "Subtraction"
  • And made it MY NEW IDEA

  In the process of testing and adding my own twist to the idea from the book, I  discovered of an implementation system that felt effortless .

  The Result After 6 Months:

• ✅ 87kg → 72.5kg (14.5kg lost)

• ✅ Pre-diabetes reversed (blood sugar normalized)

• ✅ No medication needed
